"I stayed just over 2 weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The facility appears new and modern, with a beautiful rooftop patio. The room was beautiful: daily housekeeping, confortable bed, great water pressure - no complaints. I also enjoyed the location, very easy to take the bus or subway to outside tourist spots but also getting a more local experience in the centro area. It is close to Lapa - the party district (sometimes music can be heard at night so I would bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper). Next door there was construction, and they worked at odd times and were very loud (this was the only inconvenience but this has nothing to do with the hotel). Otherwise, everything was perfect and i felt safe as a solo traveler. "
"We stayed here for its proximity to the US consulate. We loved this little hotel! The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We also enjoyed the rooftop because of the pool and the view. They serve a continental breakfast every morning which is great because you don't have to go out. Theere are several homeless people around the hotel which can be scary at night. If you're going to the consulate, there is an alley right next to the hotel that you can take and it cuts the travel time down. I don't suggest getting food from the hotel restaurant Ramal 215 because they're rude and the food was terrible. Would definitely stay at this hotel again! "
"
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost!
Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served!
Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy.
The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We’re so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
