"Claimed to have breakfast, there was none. Rooms were in decent shape. There were beer cans all over the ground in the parking lot. The AC was off in the rroms when we got there and they were quite hot. 3 out of 5 stars."

"It was very clean. Liked that there was no carpet floor. Very simple place to stay if you’re not looking for too many amenities but that was ok with us, although there was small fridge and microwave in our room. Rooms are outdoor entrance if that matters to anyone. Table in room broke when we were packing our bags to leave and I notified the front desk and they were understanding. Volume on tv remote didn’t work. Still was ok since the place looked and smelled clean upon arrival."

"The property is right on the water. Everything that they advertise is true. My husband and I kayak and there a was a nice spot by the house that was perfect for getting n the water. Everything in the house was nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood. You do have to travel down red dirt roads to get to property. "What a cute cabin nestled in the East Texas woods. You have complete privacy and it is so quiet you can hear the birds and the crickets. We loved the decoration amd set up of the cabin. Plenty of room for 2 people and your pups. We could hear the creek on the property and it just added to the ambiance. We were very happy with everything!!"
