"If you love adventure, rural, rustic and a homey atmosphere, this is the place for you. Enjoy hot tub, sitting around a fire and meeting new people. I would recommend bringing your own food to cook or eat before arriving, as there no near restaurants. You do share a bathroom with other guests and rooms are very basic with no TV . The place to go if you love peace and quietness."

"I love this place, have returned several times. Beautiful area, cabin right on a huge lake, very quiet! Basic kitchen with full size fridge, range and oven has everything I need to bake a lasagna, make pancakes, or nuke something simple. Lots of hikes nearby or daytrips to the ocean. Bring a kayak if you can- some days the lake is totally mirror-calm, other days active with wind and chop, but either way, the lake will be calling to you! The host, Carol, is quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. "
