“The place was good! The check in process was horrible. The check in did not state how to get the keys for the building, which was at a completely different address. It took us an hour to get into our condo after waiting for someone to pick up the phone. We told the property this and they apologized but offered nothing for the huge hassle this was with the weather freezing and wondering around trying to figure out how to get in. ”

“The room was exactly as described, was a great little headquarters for a trail race weekend up in the mountains. Fridge / microwave / toaster all came in handy. Only complaint is our friends in the bed closest to the door found chewed gum in a wrapper under their pillow- unsure how that was missed by the cleaning crew. ”

“Great spot to stay at - just a short walk to the ski lifts. Bed is enormous and comfortable. Accessing the building and room is a bit like an escape room adventure, but as long as you read the instructions carefully you will get in. Hot pools were great. Very enjoyable few days. Thank you!”
