Nice house on the sandy beach of AGHIOS PETROS in a green and peaceful surrounding.
Beautiful garden and private parking. It has 2 APTS X 4 and 2 STDS X 2. All STDS and APTS are found on the ground floor.
Each APT has 2 bedrooms X 2, kitchen-dining room, WC/DU, veranda with garden view.
DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH: on the beach.
In a few meters distance there are: mini & super markets, restaurants, taverns, bars, water sports and many other amenities.
About the beach:
some times the beach presents some changes in its width and the sand becomes rare and with seaweed. This happens because this part of the southeast coast of the island is at the narrowest point of the sea between Corfu and the opposite coast of Epirus, it is very affected by sea currents, strong winds that blow even in spring and frequent winter storms. Therefore the sea gains or loses a lot of land and therefore the sand decreases or increases depending on the weather.
In that case Customers can place the sunbeds that we give them for free in the garden and fearlessly enter the sea which is crystal clear.

pretty simply furnished apartement directly by the sea, clean, good beds, the shower has no shower curtain an was very small, no air condition, but airfans, only makes sense to book if you have a car, friendly an helpful landlord

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison très jolie au calme avec un accès direct à la mer. La propriétaire était très gentille et serviable, elle a même anticipé des besoin comme installer un store devant le porche où nous aimions rester, elle nous a vraiment facilité tout le séjour je l'a remercie pour ça et je l'a recommande à 100%

Sehr familiär und ruhige Lage. Mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir haben für ca. zwei Wochen zu viert dort gewohnt. Die Familie (besonders die Oma) ist sehr kommunikativ (leider nur auf Griechisch) und kinderfreundlich. Wir empfehlen ein Auto für Ausflüge. Es gibt 2x 2 Personen und 2x 4 Personen Wohnungen. Auch auf Grund der teilweise einfachen Ausstattung, haben wir die Zeit dort genossen. Pro: - sehr sauber - direkter Wasserzugang mit Außendusche - fliegengitter an Fenstern vorhanden - Parkplatz - ruhige Lage (bis auf die Nachbarshunde, welche jeden Morgen bellen) - Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche ausgetauscht - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (7 Minuten zu Lidl oder Supermarkt mit Auto) Kontra: - einfache Ausstattung (kein Wasserkocher, Herd, Mikrowelle...) - keine Duschvorhänge (ungewöhnlich, aber geht) - kein Sandstrand vor der Tür, alles voller Algenblätter - Fotos im Inserat sind sehr alt und zeigen nur eine Wohnung - WLAN war nur in einem Zimmer erreichbar - Möbel sind teilweise etwas einfach zusammengebaut und mussten ständig zusammengesteckt werden (z.B. Lattenrost vom Bett) - Klimaanlage bei 38 Grad wäre toll gewesen

Das Objekt besticht durch seine Top-Lage direkt am Meer. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch angelegt. Vermieter sind sehr nett u. hilfsbereit. Man hat sofort Familienanschluss. Die Ausstattung ist zwar einfach, aber sehr sauber. ... Wir kommen wieder !!!
