  • The house spans two floors and offers a spacious living area of approximately 160 square meters, as well as an impressive outdoor area of over 2000 square meters. The lower floor of the house consists of a light-filled living room that seamlessly transitions into a modern open kitchen. A cozy fireplace provides warmth on cooler days, while the open dining area with a long wooden table invites relaxation.

    On the upper floor of the house, there are four bedrooms. Three of the rooms are equipped with double beds, while the fourth room features a single bed. All four rooms offer built-in closets, air conditioning, and a terrace with views either of the sea or the front garden. Uniform marble flooring runs throughout the entire villa.

    The living room opens up to a beautiful terrace hosting an additional dining area with a spacious marble table. From here, one can enjoy the view of the exotic garden. Along the outer wall of this terrace, there is a barbecue that invites for convivial outdoor evenings. At the end of the garden awaits the centerpiece of the property: a spacious terrace with a covered, cozy lounge, sunbeds, a bar including a refrigerator, and a breathtaking view of the sea.

    A pathway through the garden leads to the right, taking you to a private path leading to the sandy beach, approximately 20 meters away. At the beginning of this path, an outdoor shower is available for a refreshing cooldown.

    Location:
    The location on a peninsula lends the surroundings breathtaking natural beauty. Along the beach, you'll find an enchanting tavern where you can enjoy the pleasures of delicious meals. Right next door at the Kontokali Bay Hotel, various options for water sports activities are available to you, whether it's engaging in water sports, taking a diving course, renting a boat, stand-up paddling, pedaloes, or even opting for a relaxing ride on a water taxi. In the evenings, the hotel bar invites you to enjoy a refreshing drink while watching a show.

FANTASTIC property! Private path to a great local beach and taverna. Beautiful house, with gorgeous ocean views. Very comfortable for our party of 6 people. Host is very helpful and prompt with responses. We had some difficulties navigating to the villa, but were able to arrange Ubers using a drop pin - thank goodness. Highly recommend this spot!

Perfekte Lage 20 Meter zum Meer mit eigenem Zugang. Pool braucht man hier nicht. Nette Nachbarn mit 3 Hunden, die auf alle aufpassen. Natürlich mit manchmal etwas Gebell. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Artemis.

The Villa was very spacious, quality furnishings, fabulous outdoor spaces. The terrace overlooking the sea was magnificent, a beautiful breeze. Perfect for a large family group with enough space for everyone (particularly) teenagers to have their own space. Close to Corfu Town, Taverns on the beach was great.

A really beautiful, chilled out family villa.Inside, everything is clean and very functional - air con is great, beds are comfy, bathrooms are good quality (note, no bath) and there's lots of space to hang out or spend time downstairs.Outside is where it gets really special. Amazing views of the coastline and Alberian landscape across the water. Two stunning terrace areas to sit and read or eat, with views and a gentle sea breeze. And a 2 minute walk down to a small beach to dip into the sea. There's a taverna next door for lovely food or a drink, or a smarter hotel a few minutes walk away for more dinner options and places to hire a boat etc. And a short drive to a large supermarket.Only 3 downsides - the stairs inside are a bit lethal for small kids or anyone a bit shakier on their feet (no bars or barriers basically). And the en suite bathrooms don't have doors to the bedrooms which was a surprise - so you need to communicate clearly to your family (!) if you're using the facilities... Plus, it would be great if the bathroom windows could have a blind or something on them as the light shines through from there to the bedrooms in the morning.But we would definitely come back, it's a wonderful quality place, super well located and we loved its calm vibe and special views.

Une parenthèse enchantée

Un jardin et une terrasse sur la mer dont on n’a pas envie de partir! La maison d’Artemis est très agréable à vivre, très bien située au calme mais proche de Corfou ville. C’est un lieu magique qu’on ne peut que recommander ! Le paradis!

Kontakalivilla in Corfu

We had a really lovely holiday. The villa was fantastic. The outside patio area overlooking the sea was really gorgeous & the views from it were beautiful. We hired a car to explore the island & we visited a few beach clubs. Locally we enjoyed the beach by the villa which has a lovely Taverna that we ate in a few times. We also went to a lovely fish restaurant that was five minutes walk from the villa. Kontakali is about 20 minutes walk from the villa & we walked in to it for drinks & dinner a few times throughout our stay.

We had the best time. Artemis has been super supportive and the house is simply beautiful. Very close to Corfu Town, literally on the beach. Couldn’t ask for more. Strongly suggested.

Absolutely stunning property, great stay

We had an amazing week in Corfu, the villa was even better than expected, the views were stunning and we lived being able to swim on the beach and then walk back up to the villa to chill. We hired a small car to sight see and enjoyed a boat ride from kbboathire at the kontakali beach resort. We also loved the company of the cat! Would recommend without hesitation!

Wonderful kontokali Villa!

We had a lovely time for 10 days. 6 of us reunited for a wedding in gouvia. Location was perfect for us! The outdoor space is divine, with lovely views and a very short walk to the beach. It’s not the best beach in Corfu but paradise compared to American beaches! The owner was very responsive and everything went smoothly. Will definitely come back if we are a large group!

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und einen herrlichen Blick auf Korfu Stadt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war hervorragend es gab sogar einen Kaffeevollautomaten auf der Terrasse. Die Vermieterin war selbst vor Ort und wir hatten das Gefühl, ein Rundrum-Sorglos-Paket gebucht zu haben. Danke nochmals dafür! Ich kann nur eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung für das Haus aussprechen.

Perfekter Ort - perfektes Haus

Toller Blick auf die Hauptstadt und die Bucht - von einer Terrasse die überdacht gekühlte Getränke bereit hält. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam! Restaurants gibt es reichlich - kochen/grillen geht aber auch. Bus No 7 bringt einen schnell in die City. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - Danke.

Delightful villa with wonderful view

Charming property only a 15minute drive from Corfu Town and the airport. Spacious and well-equipped. Had a great patio with big outdoor dining table and very comfortable chairs. Highlight was the extended patio area with beautiful view overlooking the bay and was partially shaded so perfect throughout the day. Private path straight down to beach below and outdoor shower to keep any sand away from the house. Would recommend!

A stunning property in a beautiful setting. The listing details are very accurate. The host was incredibly helpful when all our flights were cancelled and very easy to deal with. It is walking distance to a small minimart and a number of different taverna's and the marina including one on the beach at the end of the garden. We did not need a car as its easy to get an Uber to Corfu town and there are grocery shops that deliver to the house. We would love to return,

A perfect getaway

Artemis’ home is a beautiful place to stay outside of Corfu town. The home itself is well equipped and feels very private. The terrace is beautiful and I could spend hours out there reading and enjoying the breeze and sounds of the cicadas. The beach is just steps away and there are a few oceanfront restaurants to enjoy, although we cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The location is close enough to Corfu town to visit and explore a bit but far enough away that it doesn’t feel too crowded. The beds were all very comfortable and we enjoyed a very relaxing holiday here. We wouldn’t hesitate to return! Thank you for a great stay.

Heaven in Corfu

Heaven on Earth! Quiet location surrounded by the sea and pine trees. The view is unique! The modern villa is perfectly integrated into nature. I could stay here forever! Spacious and comfortable rooms with dining room well equipped. Two bedrooms have a spectacular sea view. Literally 30 steps to the beach and taverna. from the house garden. Everything is well maintained and extremely clean. A fabulous experience!

Tremendous stay in Gouvia

Artemis house can't be better located with direct access to the sea / beach and to a local restaurant . Terrific views from the garden . The house is well equipped with a good distribution of rooms . The air conditioning was welcome during the heat wave that Corfu faced during our stay. The surroundings are quiet and the nearby hotel is not generating disturbance . Easy to rent boat there. The house is close to Gouvia which offers all facilities and the drive to Corfu town is short. We highly recommend

Wonderful house with spectacular view and great location

We had a wonderful week at this villa! The view from the house and the far terrace is beautiful. It’s great that there is a little beach club and restaurant next door. We also went to other beach clubs around the island, rented a boat from the hotel next door for the day for a trip to Paxos and visited Corfu old town. The far terrace was our favorite place to sit in the mornings and evenings and the dining table on the terrace outside the house is a great size and shape for accommodating our dinners for 8 in the evenings. Using the apartment provided us with extra space and was a great addition. Would love to come back!
