Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great location - we could walk or take bus very easily. Not very warm water in the shower, but we survived. Overall, would definitely recommend.

It is very conveniently situated whether you want to travel to the city and westwards or eastwards to Cobh etc. It is a lovely quiet property wity ample offroad parking in the front garden. Beautiful garden at the back with tables and chairs inviting you to sit and relax and enjoy the garden. Staff are very courteous and engaging. Altogether a truly enjoyable stay.

Lovely helpful staff. Room 11 was extremely clean but a little dated. Nice touches such as bottles of shampoo and kitkat. Breakfast room was gorgeous with antique feel. Food was 10 out of 10
