There are multiple spots inside/outside of the property to hang out together, whether we are playing card games, or enjoying a meal. Beautiful view of the night sky and surrounding areas of nature. “This property was an excellent option for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner was very accommodating as we wanted to make corn on the cob one night and he had a brand new large pot brought to us. It was a great central location as we took day trips to Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen and Geneva. One family took a day trip to Ithaca.”

“Perfect for trip, close to wineries and a short drive to Watkins Glen. Check in was easy. We were greeted in person by the host and he showed us around and introduced us to Barney, the cat. Mark gave us a very good tour of his wine making facility and we were able to taste the wine. A great learning experience that you don’t normally get. House was somewhat secluded, but that made it very quiet. But still just 5 minutes off the highway. So made it easy to explore the southwest side of Seneca……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this remote location, although not long enough. It was convenient to Ives Run, where our reunion was held. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the living room area with the huge windows. The property was amazing, although the muddy areas prevented our morning hike. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day.”
