Located in Corolla/ 6 Bedrooms/ 4 Full Bathrooms/ 2 Half Bathrooms Sounds Amazing offers spectacular glistening views of the Currituck Sound which is available from every level including the private pool deck and the tropical Tiki bar. This beautifully furnished house is designed to meet your every comfort and need from the custom designed pool area to the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The community dock is just feet from this house (directly behind the house) where you can see turtles, multiple birds, and other wildlife. Ground Level: Includes an over-sized 2-car garage offering a full sized refrigerator (for drinks) with ice maker, air hockey table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, poker table for 4-8 people (including the chips) and access to the private pool area. Both rooms have beautiful sound views and direct deck access to an open sun deck, swinging day bed in a large screened porch which also has great sound views and overlooks the pool area. King Bedroom with a new 40" smart TV and sitting area that shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom having 2 Built-in DuoBunks (Single over Queen) and new 40" smart TV. Between levels is a half bath. Between levels is also a King Master Bedroom Suite with new 40" smart TV and stereo/CD, featuring an elevated sitting area and custom tiled private bath with a dual-headed shower and a heated bidet toilet seat. There was only 2 bikes that worked house really couldn’t be used outside. To many spiders and not clean outside at all pool was dirty and house needs power washed and trees cut back. Plenty of bathrooms, dishes, and kitchen stuff. Appliances worked well and having two dishwashers and three refrigerators\* was a nice feature. Location made taking walks for groceries easy. Needed a more serious cleaning, (we vacuumed when we came in),and the area near the pool needed a serious renewal. Nice pool and hot tub. Walls in some rooms needed a good swipe with a dust-mop as they had little dust clumps which our children thought were bugs. We had to wash the garage floor and pool area which smelled of stale beer and, in the case of the garage floor, was sticky. What is not great are the snakes, especially the water moccasins. We saw 2 at the house near the pool and we saw 3 more at the private boat ramp by the clubhouse. Very concerning since we had 4 small children in our party. There was also a misunderstanding about our let skis being parked in our driveway. The employee at the clubhouse told us we were fine as long as they were in the driveway, but one of the homeowners in the neighborhood reported us to the rental agency. The rental agency then called us and told us we would need to move them.
