"Such an amazing place! Xinia and Carlos being there often was so great. They really do a lot to keep everything running smoothly and always helpful when I needed something. Sara is an amazing host and the whole process to check in was very easy. One thing for people just coming to this area, make sure you have supplies as the stores aren’t really walkable, or have some taxis lined up prior. Samara taxi service is the name to look up. It’s a beautiful place!"

"Property is amazing and private. The beach access is great as well as the surf. WiFi was fast and much needed since the areas cell signal is abysmal. Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. Seems to be the best means of communication with the property. Plenty of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Santa Teresa."

The house is comfortable and the pool lovely and even for swimming. The owner is extremely helpful and all his information and tips given were very useful. "We were greeted by Holger, the owner. A very pleasant man. The “lobby” is a beautiful atrium filled with all types of palm trees, banana trees, mango trees, all edible for the guests. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel, because of its charm and small size. The atrium has a nice small pool for relaxing. There is drinking water and coffee complimentary for guests and dinnerware for use at all times."
