The beautifully appointed living room on the second level invites guests to gather after a fun day in the sun. With a well stocked kitchen for any chef's needs, families can prepare a feast or enjoy to-go from Dylan's Pizzeria located just across the Sunset Courtyard in front of the home. A convenient powder room services the floor. Watch the sun set over the Bay from the front balcony that overlooks the Sunset Courtyard and fire pit.

The first king suite located on the second level offers a private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The first level offers cozy spaces for the whole family. A second king suite with private bath overlooks the Sunset Courtyard in front of the home. A third king bedroom and a queen bedroom offer more friends a comfortable nights rest. A fun full-size bunk bedroom with full-size trundles offers up to six kids a space for play or naps. A stylish shared bathroom services the floor and a handy laundry room with additional storage makes cleanup a breeze.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities at North include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. All South amenities are also available for use.

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY *Pet Allergen Alert* - Pets 75 lbs or less allowed with a $200 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee and additional $500 Refundable Security Deposit, additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage to the property.
