"Lovely home, beautiful location!! Quiet neighborhood and a great place to take early morning walks with a walkway to the beach close by. Everything we needed for our stay. Excellent communication as well! "

"We loved the easy walk to the beach and how it was centrally located to all the amenities. I think the ice maker was not working and we were given manual ice trays to use and refill- I had not done that in an eternity. Might want to call a repair person to fix the ice maker for future guests. We had no problem bringing and using our own linens and towels. The other folks near us in the building were laid back and friendly. The beach was really nice, and so was the deck because it had great views. Please consider leaving a detailed binder or sheet with directions on how to operate the tv, as we have Direct TV not Spectrum at home and had to keep pressing buttons and could really never find the directory to access different tv programming. It was very time consuming and draining and my husband never was able to find the one baseball game that he wanted to watch. All things considered, we did enjoy staying in the condo and had a great week at Emerald Isle! Thank you!"

"We stayed in October during the off season and had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the weather was incredibly beautiful. We loved sitting on the lower and upper decks, both of which have wonderful ocean views. The pelicans and sea gulls privided constant entertainment and we saw porpoise just beyond the breaking waves on our last full day. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We were very happy with the top shelf home, it is on the sound side. it was beautiful. We loved hanging out around the private pool, and fishing from the private dock. The beach was a very short walk on the other side of the road. With this home you have the best of both sound and the beach.The host was amazing. We would stay here again. Definitely would recommend for a wonderful vacation week."

"It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside. The cappuccino machine was amazing and I really enjoyed the opportunity to use it. Haylee has all the Basic Essentials that you need. We really enjoyed the crab traps as well. We caught three crabs in the crab traps. The kayaks and life jackets provided made it extra fun. The best part was the very short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed staying there. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Her cleaning team also did a great job!"
