It's just 50 mins away from St. John's, 20 minutes away from Dildo or the Irish Loop. Nestled in the most sought after cottage areas on the Avalon Peninsula, Ocean Pond- you can bring your quad, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards or snowmobile and go on an adventure on the trail way which is only minutes away. There's tons of places to hike and snowshoe too. The boathouse contains all kinds of entertainment: pool table, hockey game, karaoke, board games. At the front of the boathouse there are Adirondack chairs and a fire pit if you just want to unwind with a glass of wine and watch the fire or the water or you can sit at the fire table on the patio. In the morning you can chose from a coffee or an espresso and enjoy watching the water form the patio.
