This was our second time at Eagle Point for this reason, the first we stayed in was nice, but you can’t beat the proximity to the pool, as well as all the updates. Located very close to the pool, and the beautiful lake Monroe is just down the way.”

“We had a great stay at Bill’s guest house for our family of four. We enjoyed the fishing (and swimming) -the pond is well stocked. Bill is a great host; he communicated proactively and easily. He is very generous - had bait in the fridge, offered we use his fishing poles s well as plenty of wood for the fire pit. “My wife and I chose this place because we wanted a new experience. The idea of turning a caboose into a tiny home was spot on. The area on the lake on which the caboose sits is picture perfect. It has everything you need. The host is attentive to your needs and responds very quickly to any questions. There is a lot of wildlife to see and tons of animals on the property who are cared for by an amazing staff. You will enjoy this property and will come back again. ”
