“This was a nice hotel..The outside.couod.use some.sprucimg up but our room was very nice- the carpet looked new, the beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and we had a microwave and a small fridge too. The front desk person was very personable and very polite. We checked in around 9:00 pm without any problems. The breakfast was nothing special but I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Breakfast was very minimal. Towels were old and thin. Walls were very thin ..could hear Grandpa cussing at the grandkids and Grandma telling them to shut up well past 11:30. Not staying here again. Everything else was okay ”

“This was a great choice of place to stay while we visited French Lick for my birthday weekend. Just a 10 min or less drive to the casino and lots of good restaurant choices. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and when we were first unloading our suitcases in the room we noticed the smoke alarm was chirping every minute needing new batteries. My husband went down to the desk and she gave us a different room right away. Breakfast was full buffet and the kitchen staff was very attentive keeping fresh……

“No hot water when we checked in the evening and no hot water to shower that night or in the morning!! The staff did not seem concerned, almost like they had heard the complaint many times before, but just refused to do anything about it. Breakfast was awful. There was a large plastic bag of pre-cooked eggs laying out by the microwave. The television would not connect so they had to come in and completely reset the connection. The telephone in the room did not work at all so you had to walk down……

“absolutely beautiful stay, if you are visiting the goose pond area stay here!! it is a birders dream, perfect weekend getaway for two birders looking for some peace and quiet out in nature. we will be back!”
