"Good things: swimming pool and hot tub, spacious for 12 of us. The lake at Coco plage is lovely. Not so good: no responses to my messages before our stay therefore confusion over bed linen. The property is not clean. There is grime everywhere. Needs a deep clean. Very small cooking area. Grass needed cutting. Very limited activities in the area. Spent too much time in super u because there was not much else to do. Towns and villages are deserted, shops closed and markets consist of about five...

"Quel dommage que ce gîte, très bien équipé au demeurant, fasse l’objet d’un tel manque d’entretien : le ménage n’a pas été fait après le départ du précédent locataire, le jacuzzi etait inutilisable car pas nettoyé, le robot de la piscine etait encrassé et il a fallu qu’on le démonte et le nettoie pour pouvoir nettoyer la piscine avant de l’utiliser, des objets dangereux étaient restés sur place alors qu’ils auraient dû être mis à la déchèterie. "A total revamp of an old Campanile room. Very smart and comfortable. Had wster heater although I think that a kettle would have been more practical. It had a shower over a high sided bath but a walk in shower would have been more accessible. Lovely large king size bed. Restaurant available for guests even on a Sunday evening. Easy parking infront of your room. No upstairs so eady access for all. No noise from upstairs too! Eady access motorway. Quiet industrial estate location. Friendly staff and welcoming. Would certainly recommend and stay again. Thankyou. "

"Another excellent stay at the hotel, the location is quite, plenty of parking available, we had a 5.5 metre van and were able to park it easily and safely. The room was a good sized and an opportunity to take the waters too. Staff friendly. Bagnoles has a number of good Restaurants but they eat early (19.00 to 19:30) booking. "
