This time, we had a death in the family and I tried to call bluegreen to cancel and was on hold for over 30 minutes on two serrated calls with no luck on reaching someone. We ended up staying one night out of the three we booked. We were really looking forward to the pool, but found out it is permanently closed due to structural issues. There is no indication in the advertising. The pool is falsely advertised. Also...
