"Jordi's communication was excellent prior to our arrival and also during our stay. We only had one small issue where our kettle wouldn't boil and Jordi came and replaced within an hour of us notifying him. The property is very well equipped with good air conditioning when needed. The four grandchildren (aged between 4 & 7) absolutely loved the pool as indeed did all the adults. We had hours of fun in the pool during our week's stay. We also liked the beach which was very child friendly and again...
