“We would rate our stay at this hotel 4/5 stars overall. I want to preface this review by saying that some of the things I mention are definitely nitpicking, but that is largely because this is a five-star hotel. When you are paying for a five-star experience, you naturally expect the smaller details to be taken care of as well. None of the issues we experienced completely ruined our stay, and we genuinely enjoyed many things, but there were enough small disappointments that I think they are……

“Grounds and surrounding areas very well maintained. The rooms need a deep clean and the furnishings need some attention. Area rug old and frayed. Bottom of doors and walls look worn. Bathrooms need a deep clean.”
