Featuring 35 feet of dock space on a clean canal. 23 miles outside of Key West!. Venture Out is a gated community that features a community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, boat ramp and much more. This unit has been recently updated with paint, decor and much more. There is a dishwasher, grill, TV and free wifi. The unit includes a 2 person Kayak and Paddle board at no extra charge. Holiday and seasonal rates may differ. Please contact me for rates. Lot 439.
