Good location and closeness to family

The hotel was clean and close to the family that i was visiting. They had a nice restaurant with good food. I slept very well and was comfortable staying there.

Temporary stay not long term

We didn't end up getting what we paid for, as we reserved for a king size they ended up giving us two doubles. The towels in the room had stains, despite having the fan running in the room it was quite warm in the night. The breakfast was only a tiny plate of fruit with granola, one piece of pancake, and a cup of tea or coffee. If you wanted other things you'd have to pay extra. They have an elevator that only holds two people. The stay would be to pass by for a night, but not for long term as the room was even hotter than being outside at night. The place is outdated needs a renovation.

Me dieron la habitación del ultimo piso, estaba super caliente, SIN AIRE, y con un ventilador querían enfriar ese horno, pedí el cambio y me argumentaron que el hotel estaba lleno y que aunque hubiera disponibilidad no me cambiarían porque había contratado por medio de la aplicación y esa eran las habitaciones que les asignaban. El Internet y la TV jamás tuvieron señal y se limitaron a decir que el turno de la noche lo arreglaría cosa que nunca paso. TODOS LOS HUESPEDES DE ESA NOCHE SE QUEJARON Y QUEDO MANIFESTADO EN SU LIBRETA DE QUEJAS Y SUGERENCIAS. de la cual tengo foto como evidencia. ****NO SE ARRIESGUEN A PASAR POR LO MISMO. NO LO UTILICEN. Si lo hacen recuerden que fueron advertidos.... no se quejen despues.
