My husband and I were very pleased with Hotel Rio 1300. The hotel is in a nice area and all the staff working there is really kind, The hotel itself is modern, very clean and has everything you need for a nice stay.
Hotel Rio 300 has a great restaurant within the premises that did not disappoint.

The gentlemen at the entrance of the hotel made our experience amenable and memorable, they were so kind and genuinely there to help, always with a smile and perfect manners. On Sunday when we checked out, the concierge treated us courteously and helped us with some questions we had about moving around town. If you’re visiting I’d recommend that you request room maintenance by placing your tag at the door (the one that says do not disturb has a room maintenance request on the backside), we were not aware of this but we’re still able to request it later that day and our request was fulfilled. The hotel is in a great location with some restaurants just walking distance, I’d recommend it to new visitors and we will definitely consider staying there again in the future,

I always stay here when i come to my town. They have safe taxi drivers that pick me up and i can also get food delivered when i call the front desk. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly.

We always choose to stay at this property while in Cuernavaca. It's in a convenient location, and the staff is always more than accommodating. The valets especially go above and beyond, in our opinion.

The pool and hot tub are meticulously maintained and beautiful. The electricity went out a few times at night due to thunderstorms, but the WiFi router was reinstated either by the time we woke up or was done within a few minutes of making a call to the front desk. The staff is lovely and courteous and some of them spoke good English, so no worries with communication at Hotel Rio 1300. I liked it so much, I am going back to stay in the same hotel in 3 months.

We would definitely stay there again, although some details need more attention. Not enough outlets to plug your devices. TV was complicated to use and ended up not working. No menu for room service in the room. A chair but no table to work or read. Details that are important. Restaurant is good although a bit slow. Rooms are big and comfortable. No noise! That’s a plus. Good air conditioning.
