"I had a nice stay at the bungalow, the staff is very friendly and helpful, although the English knowledge is limited. They were very kind, gave us fruits and made us a wonderful local breakfast, even didn’t want to charge us for the drinks we ordered. So cute people who hosted us. However, the place is not in a good condition, it feels like a place that once was a wonderful hotel, in a beautiful garden, but no one has maintained it that way. "Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less."
