Four bedrooms including 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds. This charming property offers a tranquil retreat for guests. The 3 1/2 bathrooms feature a steam shower and jetted bathtub. Additionally, there are 2 extra spaces, one with a sofa bed in the Theater Room and the other with 2 child bed hidden behind a closet with chalk board. Stairs go down to deck by the River. Waterfalls, swimming hole and sand beach are on the Chestatee River with 500 feet of frontage. Nice deck near the river for relaxation, House has an open porch with fireplace, grill and table. Screen porch has a wood fireplace and ceiling fan. Both porches overlook the river. House is partially fenced and very private. Terrace level has a wet bar, Family Room and Theater Room with Sofa Bed. Main floor has kitchen, dining room and family room with stone fireplace. Also, the owners' bedroom is on the main level with Jetted tub and shower.
