Dallas Trip
Location was great! The house was very beautiful and my family fit perfect, we had 4 adults and 2 kids. We will definitely consider staying here again and will recommend family and friends to stay here as well. The host responded quickly to messages and very helpful with everything needed to make the stay great.

Great home close to AT&T stadium
This home was great for what we needed. We wanted to be walking distance to the football stadium. The host had great communication and the home had everything needed to make our stay comfortable.

Fun weekend getaway
The house was great.
Wonderful location. Great furnishings and comfortable beds.Our host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again if we go on another adventure in that area.
The one thing that would of been a big help to my handy-caped husband would be a grab handle in the bathroom:)

Nice home for a weekend trip

Great property
Our party of five adults found this to be the perfect place to stay. It was easy to get to the baseball game and to any kind of restaurant you would want. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. We would stay here again. Thanks, Scott!

Great experience in Arlington
Very nice house, nice backyard. Great open concept. Lots of room for sitting and talking. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. Great host, lots of communication. Very accommodating where he could be. Wish our stay could have been longer. Will definitely look Defoe this location in the future.

The best little home in Arlington!
I’ve stayed in 3 homes in this exact neighborhood, and I will now forever and always come back to this property! It is very clean , modern, lots of amenities & the backyard with cozy furniture and TV was amazing! We were able to walk to AT&T stadium for our game easily , so the location is great ! You can tell the homeowner takes pride in their home , it is very clean & the backyard was beautiful ! All my communication with them was answered promptly. They even sent my husband some cookies for his 40th birthday - such a sweet gesture that we won’t forget . This home is THE nicest home near the stadiums.

Excellent Property
We traveled to Arlington to watch baseball at globe life. This house is a very convenient drive, a little long for us to walk. It would be better to walk if there was access out of the neighborhood, but you would need to exit on the street unless I missed something. The house was very clean, everything is new, beds were comfortable. We would look for this property to stay again. If I was going to be picky about something, the hall bath tub did not drain well so you were standing in water at the end of the shower, but that is easily corrected. I would highly recommend.

Reliable, pleasant host. Lovely property.
Four seniors visited Dallas for the eclipse and were fortunate to find this well-kept property and attentive host. After three unexplained cancellations by other Vrbo hosts, Scott was a god send. He even provided us with eclipse glasses!
House was nicely furnished, clean, and well supplied with everything we needed. Neighborhood was safe for our daily walks. Close to restaurants and markets. Although we were not there for sporting events, we enjoyed an easy walk to and around the stadium. Pleasant backyard with comfortable furnishings. Even some wildlife - blue jays, cardinals and squirrels.
Would certainly recommend this property and this host.

Arlington Gem
This house is in a prime location for all of the Arlington activities. You could walk to AT&T and Ranger Stadium, probably even Six Flags if you were ambitious. Nice quiet neighborhood too. 3 bedrooms with comfy beds. Two bathrooms- on the smallish side, but workable. Nice open kitchen/dining/family area. The backyard is wonderful with covered patio and outdoor TV, plus a separate deck with bistro dining table. Even a grill available if you want to use it. The house is full of nice finishes/touches. Huge smart TV in the family area. Worked great for our group of 7 (3 small children). Would definitely rent again!

Great Spot - A+ host
Location:
If you are heading to Arlington or an even at ATT or Globe Life this is the spot! Worked perfectly for our group of 4, can support 7 comfortably. Easy walk to venues - we attended a concert at ATT and it is a mad house around there before/ after events. Police block off the neighborhood to outside traffic which is nice and prevents non resident traffic from traveling through the neighborhood or parking. It's about a 20 minute walk from the house to the venues.
House:
What you see is what you get. They provided condiments, (overlooked at most vacation rentals), waters, coffee. Cute little house - really enjoyed the outdoor space watching the squirrels. Very comfortable and well appointed.
Host:
Scott is awesome - great communication, seamless check in and out. Our stay was perfect - thanks Scott!

Excellent retreat
We were in town for a power lifting competition at the the Expo center. House was close (within 5 mins or less drive).
The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. I was with a friend and her teenage daughter and we all loved the house.
It was clean, well appointed and the backyard was so nice to sit and enjoy my morning coffee, an afternoon beverage or just to watch tv.
The inside was wonderful. We had plenty of room to spread out when we wanted and the living room had more than enough comfortable seating when we were all together.
The decor is current and even the dishes are cute!
We got in late and we were super excited to find a box of bakery made cookies waiting for us!!!!
I stayed in the front room and was very comfortable.
Scott was excellent to work with and was super friendly and courteous.
I stay in roughly 3-4 VRBO’s a year and this was a top notch property. While it’s not a new home, it’s modern (with current counters, sink, appliances, etc), updated throughout and in a great area.
We drove to Waco for a day trip and then another day went to Ft Worth. It was close enough to do both and had easy on and off access to the freeway.
There is a Walmart within minutes of the house as well as tons of places to eat and things to do. I never felt I was in an unsafe area - even being so close to the Baseball and football stadiums.
I can’t say enough kind things about our time here.

This property and host Scott exceeded our expectations!
WE felt as if we were home, super clean/super comfortable! It rained while we were there so we didnt get to fully appreciate the back patio, but it was beautiful nonetheless!
