The carpets were filthy. When we turned the air on, there was a strange musty smell that left us coughing all night. When the air would reach its temp and cut off, immediately it became musty and warm and we would have to get out of bed and turn it down even lower. There were 3 of us and only 2 towels in the room. The shower handle was broke and about to fall off so there was little pressure and only a slight spray of water. Most of the water was coming out of the faucet and the mechanism to adjust to shower or tub was welded in place so we were unable to get the full shower spray. The door key wouldn't work on our first room and after 3 times of going back down to the front desk, we were moved to the room described above. We stayed in this hotel on Christmas Eve and spent Christmas Day with our family exhausted and barely showered.
