Hard and rough, practically rips your skin off. Overall, the room seemed dirty and falling apart. Distance to downtown Davis was walkable. Staff was kind and courteous. Price was affordable. At our stay they we're in the process of remodeling. The beds were extremely comfortable. One thing that we did not like was it had white curtains on the windows and during the night time it was still light in our room from all of the lights outside. You need to take your own hangers and make sure you take your own shampoo and things like that they don't Supply any of that. There's no ice machine nor vending machines that we seen. They are doing their best to try to fix and clean the place up I wish them the best of luck. If we ever go back to Davis I'd like to see how it turns out we would stay there again.
