There were several spaces to gather - living room, front room, basement, patio. We had eight adults spending the night and while there were more bed spaces, too many more adults would have been a tight fit in the sleeping spaces. Everything we needed was available. Neighborhood was quiet with plenty of parking and close by stores. Our big issue was the grill...terrible condition.,.super dirty inside, outside and any utencils. Owner did brig a brand new charcoal grill, for 2, super small we had 12 peope. My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at this home away from home! I totally recommend anyone to stay here when they visit Dayton. It wasn’t too far from downtown and there were a few stores in the area. The host accommodated everything that I needed and was responsive to all my messages. My children also loved the game room and it had a tv in every room.
