One of the most desirable locations in the Rockies! Pristine & nature surrounded area by the Bow River Bend. We have it all, This one bedroom condo can accommodate 4 guests and offer full comfort of the home away from home, with added bonus of stunning mountain view, picturesque river bends, beautiful trails and nature that is never fare away. Enjoy it all with no hidden fees !

We have fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, covered patio, a/c, wifi, wood floors throughout, fireplace, in suite laundry, direct access indoor heated parking and the best of nature at your doorstep! A very comfy queen sized bed awaits in the bedroom after a day of exploring, with pull out sofa in the living room for extra guests. In the shared courtyard you can enjoy large hot tub with stunning views of the surrounding mountains as well as sitting area equipped with fire pit & BBQ’s. Resort shared gym and sporting equipment setup area are all available to you without leaving the property!

The entire apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. And you will have access to all onsite facilities, gym, courtyard and hot tub without extra fees.

Our condo is located in quiet & close to nature hamlet of Dead Man’s Flats, Alberta. It is perfect for guests who wish to stay away from the tourist crowded towns of Canmore & Banff.
Come and experience breathtaking beauty of the Canadian Rockies in this gorgeous, high-end condo in Dead Man’s Flats, Alberta . We are just 5 min drive to Canmore, 20 minute drive to Banff & 5 min. to National Park Gate where you have access to all the best that Canadian Rockies have to offer, including Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Banff, Icefields Parkway, Kananaskis, Jasper and much more.
World class skiing resorts available within driving distance. (Mt Norquay 20 min drive, Sunshine Village 30 min, Lake Louise Ski Area 60 min.)

Wonderful place to stay

The property was clean and well built allowing very little sound to travel into the unit. The hosts were enjoyable to correspond with. Mostly used for a shift work bed during the day, but all the necessary amenities were there. Would stay there again.

First visit to Banff area

The location was easy to find and provided us with a relaxing area a little way away from the busy Banff tourist area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the use of laundry was a great benefit. No problems getting into the property.

We stayed in this condo with 2 kiddos and felt that we had plenty of space for 4 guests. This updated condo is very well taken care of with full kitchen amenities and a grill. Paul and Anita really pay attention to small details to make their guests feel welcome and at ease. Additionally, Deadman Flats area is about 10 min drive to Canmore but so much quieter and relaxing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect getaway

A nice stay for couples

A great sized condo and all the amenities you need for 2 people. The couch had a dip in it so it wasn’t the most comfortable to sit on( might be because it’s a pullout), as well the bed had a bit of a dip, but was soft with cozy bedding which made it better. Might be close to needing a mattress replacement?but overall a nice place to stay, it was very reasonably priced for the area. The tenants were frequently in communication which was great in case we needed anything

Great place to stay

All was good. You might want to change out the dining table chairs as they are wiggly and not safe for heavy guys like me. I broke one of those chairs last year when we stayed there. Also the dishwasher did not operate for us. These are just minor issues which did not effect our great stay at your complex, but if someone doesn't let you know then hard for you to fix. Thanks again and Happy New Years. We will definitely book again with you..!!

Almost perfect….

Great appartement, it has everything you might need or want. Paul is a great host, quick to respond to answer any question you might have. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is that the apparent is fully surrounded by other large structures thus giving us the feeling of a ‘basement’ apartment due to the lack of daylight coming in.
