Una milla de camino de grava conduce a esta cabaña rústica situada en 30 acres arbolados en Black Hills rodeada por dos lados por el Servicio Forestal. Durante los meses de invierno, necesitará tracción en las 4 ruedas y le sugerimos que no haya remolques (en invierno) debido a la pendiente pronunciada. Dirigiéndose hacia el sur desde la cabina, podrá acceder a los senderos de ATV y los sistemas de senderos de motos de nieve. Se necesita un permiso para utilizar el sistema de senderos del Servicio Forestal. Nuestra casa también está en la propiedad y la verá primero cuando cruce la puerta. La cabina tiene su propio acceso de entrada y está separada de nuestra casa por el estanque, la glorieta y el área de la fogata. Nuestro vecino más cercano está a 1/2 milla de distancia. La cabaña está a cinco millas de Deadwood, a veinte millas de Sturgis & Spearfish, a cuarenta millas de Hill City. Situado en el centro de todas las atracciones famosas. Esta es una cabina de diseño rústico construida por Bill y terminada en 2018\. La cabina mide 12 × 26 con un loft de 10 x 12\. Tiene un baño completo, cocina completa y una cama queen size en el desván (un huésped anterior comentó que las escaleras abiertas son empinadas). El salón tiene un futón (el más adecuado para niños) y un cómodo sillón reclinable. La recepción de TV es por antena con cuatro canales locales, ABC, Fox, H&I y MeTV. La señal wifi llega al porche de la cabina. Hay una vista del estanque y la glorieta desde el porche cubierto. Durante el mes de agosto, el estanque es bastante bajo, ya que fluctúa debido a la capa freática. Tienda de campaña está disponible bajo petición por una tarifa adicional. Everything inside and out is amazing. The details of construction are beautiful. The hosts are gracious and easy to communicate with. We saw wildlife without even leaving the deck, but it's also convenient to lots of attractions. Bed is comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for food prep. On a side note, you don't need bottled water, the water from the tap is delicious! ##### Linda J.
