The Space:

Arrival & Entry:

o Enter through the front porch into the main level

o Digital keypad for easy self‑check‑in

o Screened‑in porch off the kitchen — a guest favorite spot



Main Level:

o Eat‑in kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and essentials

o Dining area with direct access to screened porch

o Bedroom 2: Queen bed

o Full bathroom with shower/tub combination



Lower Level:

o Cozy den with seating and entertainment space

o Bedroom 1: Two full beds

o Full bathroom with shower

o Laundry facilities available



Upper Level:

o Steeper staircase (may be challenging for the elderly or those with mobility issues)

o Bedroom 3: King bed with jack‑and‑jill bathroom

o Bedroom 4: Two twin‑over‑full bunk beds — perfect for kids

o Shared bathroom with dual vanity and stand‑up shower



Outdoor Spaces:

o Large grassy area ideal for bonfires, corn hole, and games

o Fire pit for cozy evenings by the water

o Dock and cabana (currently closed for repairs)

o Boat ramp located 1 mile away for larger boats



Important Notes

o Dock access: Not currently usable by boat or land; steep stairs required when open

o Internet: Satellite service, may be spotty

o Seasonal water levels: Little to no water for dock use from mid‑October to May; fishing is still possible

o Hot tub: Not operational at this time



Guest Access:

The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.



Getting Around:

We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests! Our driveway will comfortably hold 4 cars.



Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!



We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
