This not like the bloom room in delhi who are chic, clean, and modern. At this hotel the safe was old, the soap and shampoo were bad and sub standard, and the shower was not the nice modern one that i was used to. This property needs is in serious need of a upgrade to be like the other bloom rooms.

The service from the staff was really nice, everyone was really attentive and really helpful from the cleaners and watchmen to the staff behind the desk. I spent a lot of time in downtown Mumbai which meant I spent a lot of time stuck in traffic because it is hellish there. The hotel itself was very good, the power in the shower, the AC and the fact that they habe a rooftop pool was wonderful. If I was to return to Mumbai I would look to stay in a branch close to the south of Mumbai and would hope the service would be exactly the same as the goragaon branch.

Its a very nice hotel and very safe inside.

The property is perfect if you don’t want the hustle of downtown Mumbai. It is in the industrial area about 40 minutes out, around 1200 Indian Rupees uber into Mumbai. The hotel is lovely, staff are excellent, as is the food. Breakfast was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay outside the central area.
