“Everything was close by but not what the booking described. There should have been warnings on the booking that there is only 1 roll of toilet paper provided, 1 towel/washcloth per day…so if you go to the beach, you have kids that get dirty then you better bring your own or go buy more. The neighbor next door actually lives there but doesn’t want ANY noise made or anything placed outside that she can see…she shouldn’t live there if she doesn’t like vacationers who may accidentally drop the……

“This was a great house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The beach is within an easy walk and was great. The pool was freezing cold when we got there and the hot water in the master bath had no pressure so that shower was unusable. The management rep was great and did figure out how to get the heater on in the pool. It was the perfect house for what we needed.”

“I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your property. The condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The staircase was dirty and full of trash, the room floor was sticky, and the bathtub was covered in dirt. Most shockingly, the bed sheets had dried blood on them. Given these unsanitary conditions, I cannot believe this room was assigned to a guest.This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered, and it was entirely unacceptable given……

“The room was clean, comfortable, and ready when we arrived. We stayed for 3 nights. Both pools were good and so was the outdoor hot tub. Housekeeping was good and daily. The breakfast was good to have as well. The place is definitely in a prime location. Will stay here again.”

“Location, location, location!!! Henderson beach is gorgeous and walking distance from the hotel. The hotel itself needs some updating, but is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.”
