Wonderful!

We had a place on Holiday Isle for many years. We just love that area of Destin. This was our first time renting a condo there. This condo complex was so clean, so quiet and in perfect location - very close to the beach and very convenient to walk to restaurants. We always love to walk the sidewalks on Holiday Isle. The unit was very very clean and very very comfortable. Sometimes you never know if you’ll sleep well at a rental, but the bed was so comfortable.We plan on renting here again!

Great Location But Could Use Some Attention

The location of this property is fantastic! So convenient to the beach and close to many great attractions and restaurants. The property itself was relatively clean, but it could use some good maintenance. The toilet paper holders, towel bars, refrigerator freezer door handle, and other things fell off with a simple touch. Like someone had just placed them there for staging. I had to fix a few things and some I couldn’t because I didn’t have tools to, and it was my vacation. The place needs a deep clean. It appears to be surface cleaned only.

Spectacular View

Amazing master suite with a million dollar view, comfortable beds, open concept kitchen and living room. We spent hours on balcony taking in those turquoise waters. Great location!

Excellent location, view and very nice property.

I enjoyed watching the sunsets on the ocean, very peaceful and tranquil. I enjoyed the layout of the property as well as the cleanliness, and I appreciate Silvano’s assistance in the beginning of my stay he was very friendly, kind and helpful. I would like to revisit the property in the future. With a view of the sunrise and the sunset.. overall excellent day the my staywas excellent .excellence day

Great location, near restaurants and shops, and of course right on the beach :-) the condo was very spacious and in good condition.. the owner was great , always answer all my questions. Over all was a great stay.

Fall Break

This place is great with the exception of the master bathroom which desperately needs an update. The location and easy access to beach are wonderful. The property facilities (gym, pool, sports courts) are great. The kitchen, bedrooms, and living area are very nice and we spent lots of time on the balcony. Although not included, we took advantage of the chair and umbrella service on the beach and the employees couldn't have been better! If not for the rundown bathroom, we would have given it a 5.

Should say Needs Remodeling…

We were very disappointed in this property. The kitchen was not well equipped. Living room furniture was very worn and patio furniture was broken. A few electrical sockets not covered, towel racks and toilet tissue holder broken. I think the only remodeling was new floors, everything else truly needs updating.

Great property, beautiful view, convenient to everything!

The condo was virtually perfect and we loved our stay; very well appointed and spacious—appliances were all modern and mid-to-high end, everything was in good working order; the beds were all lovely, comfortable, clean, and had plenty of extra blankets and pillows; shelf stocked in the hallway with games and great books; the view was beautiful and unobstructed; getting to the beach was fast and easy; key code for the door was way better than a physical key; guards upon entrance were friendly and attentive; entire site clean and very well maintained; chair/umbrella service was available and the guys were great; prices were slightly higher than advertised online—but only by $10-$20 bucks; large and convenient ice vending for coolers (pay, but reasonable) by elevators/parking deck; parking was abundant and well laid out; the pool was huge, very clean, huge deck and picnicking area around, and even had handicap lift; ice cream and several restaurants located just steps away from site; Silvano/property management were very responsive and attentive; Only minuses were mildew in the master shower—which I believe is relatively common at the beach and in high humidity, and didn’t affect my overall rating; the picture in the entryway was only hung on tacks so if a pool noodle even grazed it it would fall; and the dryer appeared to leave grease marks on our clothing. Overall, great value, beautiful property, and awesome experience. Thank you for such a great stay!

Heart-broken Family Vacay

We had intended for a lovely vacay but there was a medical emergency within our family. The property manager was more than accommodating when we booked our trip but was not responsive after contacting to reschedule. We were then charged for a full stay that never took place. We contacted Vrbo help and was told to wait 48 hours to receive a response, however nothing was done. Would NOT book this stay.

Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation, the location was great, steps from the beach and a short drive to good food! There were a few minor things wrong with the condo itself, such as not being able to turn on the master bedroom light, no batteries in tv remotes, and the showers are a bit outdated. Other than that, the property manager was very responsive, we liked it so much we tried staying another couple nights but it was already booked up! This condo had everything we needed to have a great vacation!

Good stay

Everything went fine with the rental…convenient place! I believe everything worked well. (The freezer door handle is loose and comes off frequently!). Shampoo’s weren’t ample, but we went and bought more! Other than this petty stuff….all went very good! Thx
