Pros: Great location, just 3–5 minutes' walk from the beach. Clean bed and towels, and an easy check-in process. Cons: Breakfast items were not replenished unless guests asked. Facial tissues/wipes were not restocked before check-in, and the restroom door was difficult to close and lock.

Hotel was very convenient to beach access, Resraurants, and entertainment. Room very clean with comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast and parking on site included. Breakfast attendant needed to be more attentive to keeping everything stocked and wiped down. Had to ask for replenishment couple times. Also needs garbage receptacles in breakfast area.

The restaurant and shopping areas are conveniently located near the beach. The breakfast was good, but it can get crowded quite quickly. The coffee was good, too. My only complaint is that my room was close to the kitchen, so I could hear all the noise and it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The beds are on the soft side which I like. Breakfast was consistently good. The building is a little small, hallways tight, etc. Safe area. Doors close very loudly if you don't catch them. Crystal Beach is an easy walk. Overall, I would stay again.
