Told to go around to backside, there was no step free access or ADA parking and I had to navigate through two heavy closed doors. Staff knocked on door multiple times despite the do not disturb sign on door and then called my room multiple times. I called front desk reminded them I had approved check in early by front desk. Manger forgot and staff attempted to bully me out of the room so they could deep clean carpets. Refused and reminded them I was there for medical recovery. Overall just horrible I didn’t get the rest I needed to. No manager available in the morning and couldn’t get a receipt. Avoid this location. ![Back door “ADA” access. The facility was clean, the breakfast was great, and our room was very clean! The only complaint I have is the plumbing. The water seems to take forever to go down the drain in the shower, sink, and toilet so that needs to be fixed. We were in town for my birthday getaway. The beach is minutes away.
