Quick easy process was able to get in earlier then check in which was amazing! Had all the essentials body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. Walls are pretty thin though and doors slam easily.

Called to ask for early check in and it was approved by front desk.Front staff saw I was on crutches and I explained I was here for medical recovery overnight and I needed to rest that I could not drive I was dropped off by Uber. Told to go around to backside, there was no step free access or ADA parking and I had to navigate through two heavy closed doors. Staff knocked on door multiple times despite the do not disturb sign on door and then called my room multiple times. I called front desk reminded them I had approved check in early by front desk. Manger forgot and staff attempted to bully me out of the room so they could deep clean carpets. Refused and reminded them I was there for medical recovery. Overall just horrible I didn’t get the rest I needed to. No manager available in the morning and couldn’t get a receipt. Avoid this location.

This was one of the smaller Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed at, but it did not disappoint! The facility was clean, the breakfast was great, and our room was very clean! The only complaint I have is the plumbing. The water seems to take forever to go down the drain in the shower, sink, and toilet so that needs to be fixed. We were in town for my birthday getaway. The beach is minutes away. The shopping plazas are all within 10 minutes and countless restaurants in the area.

This property has a motel appearance along with they had duck tape on the ceiling as soon as you walk in . When we got to room 124 on the first floor we checked the room an on the surface appeared ok but during inspection on the beds and sheets we found long hairs under the tucked in covers . From there we removed the hair and tried to go to sleep but the air unit kept making noise so loud it kept waking us up . The bathroom tub was rusty and the shower head needed to be changed . The next morning we awake to my daughter saying is this a bed bug and yes there were two that we found on the top cover of the bed at the bottom . We went to inform the front desk and we’re met with no care or empathy they were only concerned with not loosing our money that they said they had to do an investigation on the bed bugs ? What do you think we brought them with us I’m confused !! Anyway no management called us and expressed concern the whole day we were booked to stay two days and only stayed 1 and had to get on the road and head back home 6 hours on no sleep or proper rest . It was my husbands birthday trip and we normally stay in Pensacola and just drive to Destin but we decided to do something different this time and look what happened . Today my husband called back up there bc this is the next day and no one has reached out to us yet . And miraculously the manager answered . She said they didn’t find anything so I guess we are the only ones to lose something here . Bedbugs in 2025 ?
