“Se aspettative e prestazioni si allineano si ottiene la soddisfazione del cliente. In questo caso direi che sono abbastanza allineate. È un agriturismo non un hotel. Quindi i servizi e le camere sono quelle che ci si aspetta in una zona isolata in campagna, tenute decentemente ma anche con buone possibilità di miglioramento. Ottima pulizia. Camere semplici con arredamenti essenziali. Nel periodo primaverile la temperatura è ok, in estate (o inverno) immagino che le temperature più rigide……

Filomena was gracious for having a late evening dinner with local goodies in the fridge due to our late arrival, to taking us on a tour of her city. Once she discovered we were wine producers from California on a research trip of Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Aglianico in the Basilicata wine region, she arranged the meeting of local Cantina owners to view their vineyards and very historic cantinas. Our trip……
