“我们入住的是一个两层楼的小幢洋楼，楼下是客厅和开放式厨房，楼上是卧室卫生间，设计非常合理。门前的露台边就是一个私人小泳池，早餐晚餐在露台上相当惬意啊~酒店的区域位置也非常棒，属于毛球的富人区，我们是自驾旅行，可以将车停在庭院里，最大的super u超市也就几分钟的车程距离，食物选择非常丰富，都是来自世界的进口食品，而且价格便宜到笑，每天一顿丰盛的早餐不在话下，因为厨房什么都有，就是没有筷子，哈哈。中餐晚餐在附近解决也相当方便，super u 周围也有许多pizza、汉堡店，下次来毛球一定再来入住，性价比很高！对了，就是酒店的标识太难发现了，我们按照导航找了很久，问了很久才找到。”

“The apartment itself is really nicely furnished and the restaurant is good. Value for money is good A few remarks despite (1) NOT a Kids-friendly place (the pool is too deep, no sidewalks anywhere around) (2) The area is dead, there is no chance to walk anywhere (3) NO AirCon in the appt (only in the bedroom) (4) we had mould in 1 bathroom, unacceptable ”

“Maison propre avec Ali un super hote qui s'est adapté aux retards et changements sans problème. Avec de bons très bon conseils ! Maison fonctionnelle avec la clim qui est très appréciable et la piscine ! très proche de la superbe plage de mont choisy, et emplacement idéal pour aller soit vers saint louis soit vers Grand baie et la cote Nord. Proche de grand centre commerciaux.”

“Not long returned from my second month long stay at Allamanda (previous visit March 2023). Quiet location just across the road from beach with other access to bathing beaches close by. Stayed in 1 bed apt 2nd floor with small balcony, table & chairs plus some washing line. Use of washing machines downstairs if needed but i just did handwash now and again. Good cheap buses (stop outside) and on site parking with economical car hire down the road. Owner Hari usually around somewhere but can……

“As described the property is a 5 minute walk to Pereybere beach, which in my opinion is a great little beach. Close to everything you may need including a grocery store and several great local restaurants - a three minute walk to Les Saveur d’isle is highly recommended. Excellent communication with the owner who always responded quickly to my questions. You will be greeted by Veda who will ensure the place is clean for your arrival. Our flight arrived early morning and when we arrived early……

“Wir haben die Villa zu zweit für 4 Wochen im Januar 2024 gemietet. Das Villa liegt unweit vom, aber ohne direkten Zugang zum Strand. Die Villa ist rundum mit Mauern und Toren gesichert und dadurch von allen Seiten von außen uneinsehbar. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist komplett und entspricht den Fotos im Inserat. Wobei die Aufnahmen von vor einigen Jahren sind. Der Zustand des Hauses und des Umfeldes hat sich somit alterungsbedingt entsprechend verändert. Im Haus ist dennoch alles funktionsfähig und……
