“总的来说订这家酒店是因为它的名气-万豪，但效果并不理想。不知道是不是印度的审评标准和中国人的不同。我觉得这种酒店装饰和设备和我们中国三星级的差不多。更让我意想不到的是，衣柜居然有一只活蟑螂爬来爬去。真让人作恶。”

“Service is fine but not as much hospitality as anticipated. People working there are more like doing some robotic response. Would not make me feel like being welcomed or home.”

“Pros: The hotel is in a good location and is quite clean. Cons: The hotel policies are quite restrictive - they do not allow outside food to be brought inside the hotel. You are expected to buy food from the in-house restaurant, where the food is average. This important detail is nowhere mentioned when making a booking with them. A few of the bathroom accessories were broken and leaking on arrival. The rooms are a bit confusing. We booked the deluxe room; however, they changed it to a premier……

I have never had any problems with guests, managers, or staff. Other hotels also allow our clients to visit. I kindly request that you review this policy for future guests. Thank you.”
