“The room was full of dust, clearly not cleaned or halfheartedly done. Toilet were dirty and no hand soap was available. Staff were nonchalant and one had severe attitude when I asked why did you need me to hand write my CC details when they were already used for the booking. And i showed it as requested. The building seemed more like a back packer. TV was old and no option for Netflix or other apps. I felt back in 2000. The heater could not be turned off it was unbearable. Sleeping was almost……

“The welcome was warm and authentic and while our 2 bedroom cabin was compact in size it was clean, warm and suitable for our needs. The property was very quiet with views over the lake. A very affordable option for off mountain accomodation during the ski season. Would happily stay again.”

“Not given the door code, email was mean to give it but the space was blank. However the mobile number you can call from the front car park board is promptly answered. Previous guests do not always know how to clean dishes and this small room does not have a dishwasher, It would be good for the cleaner to check cleanliness of dishes and wash them again if not clean. It would be nice to have some coffee sachets - far too many tea bags and no coffee...... Otherwise it is a great place to stay,……

“Got in late on a winter night to no heat and a heating system with no instruction that didn't seem to be functioning. Under ten degrees registered inside. Thankfully, the owner responded even at the late hour, and it turns out you have to wait 15+ minutes for the heat to even kick on. It took hours to heat up the place - pretty unacceptable in the middle of winter when you know people are arriving to the lodging that day. "But why didn't you just use the fireplace?" Well, it was out of order!……

“Only issue was that we had to go home. Such a cute place. Cosy, warm, comfy, clean and everything you need to cook up a feast! Rob (the host) is a champion! Very accomodating. We'll be back ”
