"I had a tough time deciding between giving this hotel 4 or 5 stars. I enjoyed my stay, but ultimately, I settled on a lower rating because of the hotel's popularity on social media and the unpleasant experience caused by other guests, particularly in the onsen. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests. We paid for daily housekeeping, but when we first checked in, there was an odor coming from the toilet. I assumed it was sewage, as the toilet in the onsen facilities had a similar...
