"Nice hotel but outdated. No coffee maker in the room, had limited mini bar, no glasses available in the room (had to call room service for glasses). Gym was closed for renovations but that was not shown upon making the reservation. I was recommended a nearby gym by the staff but ended up being a waste of time. They had no daily passes, only monthly or yearly. They were rude and not willing to help (Sportlife Angamos)
The hotel should have had an alternative for us, free of charge, for us to w/o....

"Im Prinzip ein ganz normales Business-Hotel mit Meerblick. Allerdings ließ die Maintenance zu wünschen übrig. Toilette war bei Ankunft in der Nacht verstopft. Morgens zeigte sich, dass auch die Dusche kaum noch ablief. Der Frühstücksraum im obersten Geschoss hat eine prächtige Aussicht. Das Frühstück selbst ist ok - aber auch nicht mehr. "

"Me fue mal al momento de pagar la cuenta. En mi reserva de Hoteles.com decía claramente que el precio incluía todos los cargos e impuestos, pero al pagar me cobraron el IVA. Uso mucho Hoteles.com y nunca me había pasado esto. Esto hizo que una buena estadía se transforme en una decepción."
