“Terrible place, the studio is too small, bandly equipped, and the checking in should be more easygoing. The place was not properly clean and it has a terrible smell from people’s pets. For me was a total nightmare.”

“Hice una reservacuon de una noche en Casa Azul pues necesitaba alojarme con mi madre de 86 años para un procedimiento médico. El mismo dia del viaje, la clínica aplazó la cita un dia, me comuniqué con la propiedad para mirar la posibilidad de cambiar la reserva para el día siguiente y la unica opción que me dieron es que volviera a pagar y me daban un descuento de $5000 pesos ( un poco mas de un dolar). Si bien es cierto es un negocio, deberían tener cierta consideración con los clientes pues……

“Good: service, modern, stocked kitchen Bad: * not properly clean (for example the bed board was full of dust) * location not accessible with a car, if you have suitcases you're going to have a bad time as there is no road * no shampoo provided and the soap provided felt very weird - we ended up buying ourselves * really awful and cheap towels *poor noise isolation, we could hear the neighbours *shower leaking everywhere on the bathroom floor”

“Staff was very helpful and attentive, the Cabin is small but expected, the space is very nice relaxing totally surrounded by nature”
