Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Horrible first time experiencing Vrbo!!

The property was not really listed on the site so they took my money anyways without being totally transparent so I had go off my instincts before I made a dummy mission so now I'm still waiting for my refund... NEVER AGAIN!!!
