Room were ok beds could use some updates. Cleaning facilities were top notch. Get place for fisherman.

Bottom of the bed had brown stains all over mattress and had absolutely no support, woke up with bad back pain, smells were horrible, and on the blankets had nasty stains. I would steer clear of this place. Never again

Exactly what you’d expect for a property with this rating plus a little more. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dated but serviceable. Carpets could use scrubbing. No smells, stains or bugs. Breakfast was simple, hot and filling. Easiest pet policy I’ve ever encountered. If you’re traveling with a canine, on a budget, 100% recommend for day/weekend stop.

The sheets were dirty. The sheets had not been changed from previous guest. While checking in he kept taking phone calls, it took forever to get checked in. Towels had hair on them. By 6:30 am there was no breakfast left. We ended up leaving and goig to McDonald's. I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for comfort and a clean place to stay. Furniture was so dusty i was able to wright my name on it with my fingers

Good value and convenient. Good eggs, sausage, and waffles augmented the cold options. However, edges of the room were overlooked in cleaning: candy wrapper partially behind fridge, toenail clipping; etc.

Enjoyed are stay, was clean, friendly staff. Would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in bathroom, and fresh fruit with breakfast. Fish cleaning room was perfect!

Good for fishing trip. Room had updated vinyl anf carpet flooring. Beds felt old and worn-out. They have a fish cleaning station but cannot de-scale fish, only fileting is only.

I was looking for a budget hotel room and thats what I got. Good enough and was pretty much what I was expecting. Downfalls were that the bed was pretty bad and the towels smelled funny. Other than that it was what it was

Checked into room and it took forever. When walked into room, found a pungent smell on interior surfaces and carpet. It smelt like old rotten sweaty a$$ gym bag and beyond. It smelt of mold and mildew badly. The doors were not locked all night and bed smelt like someone slept in it with dirty stinky feet and beyond. Definitely will not be staying here again and do not recommend.

DIRTY! dated but simple

We walk in to a someone homestyle/welcoming room with tables, board games on a shelf and a dog walked up to us. We see a small desk to check in at and we give our information, to then be asked to walk into a closet and go over billing information. We mention that we had requested in the notes of our reservation, to be put near a quieter area. One employee tells us that the place is booked up and that the bar closes at 2 and we should expect people to be loud. They did offer us to go upstairs to an available room, but said our room was next to the boardroom on one side and it should be quiet. We get our keys to go to the room, but before we walk away the employee excitedly informs us that the strippers will be staying at this hotel. (It was an event weekend for the ice fishing tournament in town) We ignore the statement and go to the room and drop off our bags, then leave for supper, returning a few hours later. Upon returning to our room, we use the restroom, to find hair in the sink, on the counter and in the toilet bowl. The TV doesn't turn on, so we look behind it and see the cord is unplugged after moving the tv a few inches forward on the desk. Below the legs of the TV on the counter, we find food, chips or something sitting there loose. The bedspreads are both very wrinkled and mattress protector has dried yellow liquid on it. We go to the desk and inform that we will be checking out and the employee says we just checked in. And says we can get a receipt online.

We stayed a night there on our way through. It was the worst experience we have had. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room should have been cleaner. Staff was friendly though. Would not recommend staying there.

The check in went ok. The sidewalks were chipped and missing parts of the walk. The walls were thin. When the person above me walked it was very loud. The bed was old and lumpy. It was more of a workers hotel so was fortunately quiet during the night. The sink did not drain very fast. The bathroom door was too long and dragged so much on the floor I couldn't get the door closed.
