The guy on the desk was not very helpful, he was actually quite rude. I asked if we could have a room in the front main building as that is where we are usually put, his reply well coz you booked on Expedia and not direct your out the back! It was a Monday night, we were 1 of 9 cars in the carpark, the place was not busy and there was still lots of rooms available online. He could have moved us, the room type is exactly the same, you just avoid the extra set of steep stairs out the back to carry your bags up and down.

Off site parking - instructions were vague. However fairly close by. If staying Saturday /Friday night it is noisy with party goers. Overall clean good location. Parking available for check in. Breakfast was ok.

Tom’s Court Hotel was a great place to stay, large sized bed which we thought was very comfortable, no sagging. The room was large, kitchenette with very handy. Microwave, sink and cups saucers, mugs, bowls, plates, knives forks and spoons, also a fridge. Hand wash provided, shower wash, shampoo and conditioner too. Great aircons tv. Very clean, block out curtains and you could hardly hear the neighbours. We never had the breakfast as there were so many other places to eat.

Amazing views of Adelaide city, very central location and easy to get around. Close to tram station and Rundle Mall. Would recommend and would stay here again.
