The room was spotless and the amenities were great. It was very convenient to have a toaster in the room. There were plenty of fluffy towels! Area was quiet and great to have free parking. The only issue we had was the terrible smell when the main door to the building was opened and unfortunately our room was right off this area. We also didn't like the fact that garbage was left outside our door from other rooms!

The staff were amazing. We had been driving for several hours that day and were already really tired by the time we arrived in Waterton. We happened to pass by the hotel and went in to ask if early check-in was possible. The staff member checked for us and was able to get a room ready right away, which we really appreciated. The room was nice and clean, and it looked like it had been renovated. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, so if your room is on the second floor, you will need to carry your luggage upstairs. The location is very convenient and close to restaurants, and everything else. The only downside was the soundproofing. We could hear the guest next door snoring very clearly at night. Overall, we had a good stay and really appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff were.
