"Everything was fantastic with the small exception of the maitre d. This guy treated me like an alien for not knowing how seating works for Christmas dinner. But truly exceptional otherwise. Next time I'm in Stockholm I'm 100% staying here. "

"The staff are so friendly, breakfast is very good (omelettes to order are a plus) and the rooms are very quiet. Spa is great and the 295kr is fair enough Monday to Thursday but 395kr Friday to Sunday is excessive although it’s another company who runs it. Only big thing that could be improved would be updating the TVs! Very good stay all in all."
