Man kann einen Spaziergang nach Dolcedo unternehmen, wenn man den steilen Rückweg nicht scheut. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist für geübte Fahrer kein Problem. Die Heizung ist so konzipiert, dass man auch im Winter dort sein kann. Diese Häuser sind natürlich nicht gedämmt, wie man es aus nördlichen Breiten gewohnt ist - also muss man natürlich mit Zusatzkosten rechnen. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Maison très fonctionnelle, propre et très joliment décorée. Ambiance détente assurée. Il faut aimer être un peu isolé mais avec l'avantage d'être au calme. Es ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr zu empfehlen wenn man nixht mitten im Trubel urlauben möchte. Die Orte Porto Maurizio und Imperia sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Von der Haustür weg kann man nach Torrazza oder Dolcedo laufen, wenn man gerne zu Fuß unterwegs sein möchte. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser über Vrbo, AirBnB etc. gemietet, aber so wohl wie in diesem haben wir uns noch nie gefühlt! Wunderbar gemütlich eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man so braucht (inkl. Küche), beeindruckt das Haus vor allem mit seiner riesigen Terrasse in Mitten von alten Olivenbäumen und der herrlichen Ruhe (Vogelgezwitscher und Gezirpe ausgenommen). Einzige Nachteile sind die zumindest zu Beginn etwas herausfordernde Anfahrt (ein kleines Auto ist ein großer Vorteil) und das manchmal etwas erratische WLAN...andererseits, wer braucht in so einer Umgebung Internet? Alles in allem: Höchste Empfehlung! The terrace gives sun & shadow and awesome views. The hill is a bit isolated, it takes 15' by car to get to Porto Maurizio, which is nice small town with good access to the sea and a beautiful old center. Only drawbacks, access roads to the house are quite bumpy and difficult to navigate, you need a bit of courage. The high quality materials with strict instructions from the owner are a bit intimidating for a holiday home, I would not feel at ease with smaller children - lots of white, glass tables... But overall, great experience. Man kann wunderbar abschalten...! Jedoch ist die direkte Auffahrt zum Haus tatsächlich sehr eng mit kleineren Autos aber machbar! Unser Audi A6 dafür aber viel zu groß... er hat den Urlaub nicht ganz ohne Wunden überstanden! Haben Ihn dann immer auf einem Platz oberhalb der Häuser stehen lassen ...! Aber sonst war alles schön... ! Wenn man mit Hund anreist sollte man noch wissen das es fast unmöglich ist mal schnell mit diesem an den Strand zu fahren ...die Italiener sind sehr Hundefreundlich... aber am Strand wollen sie diese nicht haben!! Der Garten ist so angelegt, dass man an vielen Plätzen herrlichen sitzen kann, begleitet vom Duft der Kräuter und dem Zirpen der Grillen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig mit außergewöhnlich hohem Standard. Wir konnten dort wie von uns gewünscht herrlich Ruhe finden und wundervoll relaxen. Wir waren drei Wochen (Juli/August 2017) in der Casa Liguria. Das Haus bietet allen erdenklichen Komfort und die Fotos entsprechen in allen Punkten der Realität. Da wir gerne kochen, haben wir die perfekt ausgestattete Küche geliebt und viel genutzt. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick ins Tal und nach Dolcedo. Dort gibt es mehrere Plätze mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühlen, der entsprechende Schatten kommt wahlweise vom großen Sonnenschirm oder den beiden wunderschönen Olivenbäumen direkt am Haus. Durch die Hanglage weht immer ein angenehmes Lüftchen. Man kann sich also gut (und gerne) den ganzen Tag draußen aufhalten und z.B. Lesen, was wir häufig getan haben. Aber auch innen ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gewandert sind wir wegen der extremen Hitze nur einmal, dafür waren wir fast täglich in Oneglia am öffentlichen Strand, wo man auch ohne Bagnio und nicht "Handtuch-an-Handtuch" hervorragend baden kann. Die bereits von anderen Gästen beschriebene Zufahrt zum Haus ist tatsächlich steil und eng, war aber weder für unseren Wagen (A4) noch für uns ein Problem. Fazit: Die Casa Liguria von Rickmeyers ist ein wirkliches Schmuckstück und glücklich sei, wer darin seinen Urlaub verbringen kann! ##### Jörg R. 2017 年 7 月入住 21 晚 ### 10/10 超赞 #### hildegard b. 2017 年 6 月 13 日 #### Traumhaus auf dem Bergkamm Wir haben die Tage in diesem wunderbaren Haus sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine sehr geschmackvolle und liebevolle Einrichtung.Der Ausblick von der Terasse wunderbar. Optimal für uns war, dass wir uns unseren Hund mitbringen könnten und das Gelände eingezäunt ist. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hochwertiges Geschirr und Gläser. Gute Küche und Zubehör, kochen macht hier Spass. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse. Herrliche Umgebung und Dörfer. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und Verwalter vor Ort. Allerdings schwierige Zufahrt (Aufsetzgefahr in der Einfahrt). Mücken (könnten empfindliche Menschen etwas stressen). Zeitweise sehr instabile Hauptsicherung während unseres Aufenthalts (wahrscheinlich nur temporäres Problem). Fazit: Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
