The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean and sanitary. Hot breakfast everyday, each day was different but good. The customer service from every employee was great, they were all very nice.

We appreciate a clean, newly updated hotel lobbies and rooms. Courageous staff and a diverse breakfast offerings. This Hampton Inn had exceeded our expectations. Location nearby restaurants and shopping.

Clean and comfortable. Elevator painfully slow. Wish breakfast ran to 10:00 for us not so early risers. Light switch for toilet/shower area should be in that room, not on outside….awakens others in the room turning light on during the night.

Nothing special about the property. Sheets on the bed were short of the mattress and kept rolling under me at night . Elevator was out of service and so was the ice machine on the second floor.

The lobby reeked of very strong cleaner in attempt to cover up the moldy smell of the hotel. It is under renovation, and the construction site is not clean or well kept. The halls were hot, humid, and the carpet was wet. They were using fans to dry the carpet. Inside the rooms, it was so humid that the sheets were damp and so was the carpet. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I will never stay at this property again.
