Closer investigation showed stained sheets worn out towels a dirty shower and so on. Though the sheets were clean there appeared to be all kinds of stains same with the towels. My ratings are based on perception. It is nowhere near as nice as posted online. So I guess my ratings are based on the perception portrayed online.
